Remembering the 'King of Pop'

(Dunya News) - The entire world was left in utter shock and disbelief on this day exactly nine years ago when legendary pop music icon, Michael Jackson died of acute propofol and benzodiazepine intoxication at his home in Los Angeles. The untimely death of the renowned musician left many of his fans and contemporaries heartbroken.

The then 50 year old cemented a unique identity in the world of music by introducing his fans to catchy music and never before seen dance moves. His on-stage charisma and impeccable aura made sure his presence was felt by everyone watching him whether close and up front or on Television thousands of miles away.
