Summary Dozens of the 2011 Oscar nominees arrived in style ahead of the annual Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences luncheon in Beverly Hills.
Among the stars who hit the red carpet were Nicole Kidman, Colin Firth, Natalie Portman, James Franco, Jeff Bridges, Annette Bening, Mark Wahlberg, and Javier Bardem. Also pausing to pose for photos and banter a bit with the photographers were Jeremy Renner, Melissa Leo, Mark Ruffalo, Amy Adams, Helena Bonham Carter, John Hawkes, and Jacki Weaver. The nominees gathered for a presentation of certificates and a class photo before lunch was served.
