Arrest warrant of Secretary Higher education issued

Deputy Director Colleges Muhammad Akram filed a contempt of court petition against Secretary Higher Education for not implementing court orders.The petitioner, beforeJustice Khalid Mehmood Khan of the Lahore High Court,pleaded that he is not being promoted despite of court orders therefore, contempt proceeding be initiated against the SHE.The court summoned the Secretary but he did not presented before the court. On this the court while expressing displeasure, issued the arrest warrant of Secretary Higher Education.The court adjourned the hearing of the case till February 8.
