ISLAMABAD: The apex court also directed provincial and federal authorities to submit comprehensive report regarding retrieval of schools from grabbers.
A three-member bench of the apex court headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry heard the proceedings of suo motu case regarding the lack of facilities in the schools.
The SC ordered provincial governments of Sindh and Balochistan to ensure that school buildings should only be used for educational purposes.
Then the SC ordered all provincial and federal governments to submit comprehensive report regarding retrieval of schools from grabbers and subsequently adjourned the hearing for three weeks.
