Students pay tribute to Malala

PISJ-ES dedicated a day to acknowledge contributions of Malala Yousufzai and prayed for her early recovery, good health and long life.Students of PISJ expressed their love for Pakistan and demonstrated their support and solidarity with MalalaThe themes of the day were, “Malala is a beacon of Light” and “Education is the future of Pakistan.”Hafsa Khan and Sohaib Khalid enlightened the audience about the great daughter of our nation that Malala Yusafzai took everything in her power for spreading the privilege of education for the women in Pakistan.A minute of silence was observed by faculty members and students along with duas for her speedy recovery.Addressing the audience PISJ-ES Principal and Pakistan Senator, Mrs. Sehar Kamran said that attack on Malala was an inhuman act and it was against the teachings of Islam.Students revive your commitment to fulfill your national obligations and that is possible when you avail the golden opportunity of acquiring knowledge and education, you improve your skills, gain knowledge to represent and serve your country, Sehar added.
