Summary Influential men torture youth for allegedly stealing buffalo
LAYYAH (Dunya News) – Influential men tortured youth in Karor Lal Esan city of district Layyah for allegedly stealing a buffalo.
According to details, influential men attacked the youth with knife, who was later shifted to the hospital for medical attention.
On the other hand, police has failed to arrest the accused or take any action against them.
