Case registered in Rs15 million bank robbery

KARACHI (Dunya News) – A case has been registered in Rs15 million private bank robbery which took place on May 19 in Korangi area of Karachi.

According to details, police has registered the case of current year’s first bank robbery on complaint of branch’s manager. Police is also interrogating two guards of the bank.

Police suspects that criminals are seasoned criminals who were also involved previous bank robberies.

According to SSP Korangi, one robber was wearing a helmet while the other four had masks on and all of them escaped on motorcycles.

SSP Korangi further said that there are initial reports that the robbers also stole the DVR of the CCTV cameras in a bid to erase evidence.
