QUETTA (Dunya News) – A man on Sunday shot dead his wife and three children over a domestic dispute before committing suicide in the provincial capital.
According to police, the ill-fated incident took place in Quetta’s Kachlak Kali.
They had said the man, identified as Zahir Khan, killed his wife Baibi, 3-year-old daughter Bibi Maryam, 3-year-old son Muhammad Ibrahim and one and a half year old son Muhammad Raheem and later committed suicide by shooting himself over a domestic dispute.
Upon being informed about the incident, a police team reached the site and began investigation by collecting evidences.
The bodies were taken to Quetta’s civil hospital for medico-legal formalities after which the bodies would be handed over to the heirs.
The motive behind the murders is yet to be ascertained, police said.
