RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – A policeman gunned down two persons – father and son – in the District Headquarter (DHQ) Hospital Rawalpindi, Dunya News reported on Saturday.

According to details, the police official – Tehseen Tariq – opened fire in the emergency ward of the hospital where Lehrasab was under treatment. The victim was killed along with his 24-year-old son – Naveed.

Doctors stopped working in the emergency ward after the assassinations. Dunya News has obtained the CCTV footage of the incident in which it can be seen that Tehseen Tariq – dressed in his uniform and wearing a mask – escaped from the hospital.

A case has been lodged against the policeman in Ganj Mandi Police Station. The officials have stated that the incident occurred due to old enmity; however, the suspect has not been arrested yet.

It has been learnt that Lehrasab was admitted to the hospital after he got injured during a fight yesterday. Both the victims belonged to Kallar Syedan.
