LAHORE (Dunya News) – Elderly men disguised as beggars came out to be involved in various theft incidents Lahore’s Shah Alam market.
CCTV footage revealed that men aged between 60-70 years stood outside the shops for begging and as soon as the attention of the owner is drawn somewhere else, they commit the theft.
The footage showed a man escaping swiftly after stealing purse from a shop and putting it inside his shopping bag.
The shopkeepers have submitted an application and CCTV footage to police however; no action has yet been taken.
