KARACHI (Dunya News) – In a shocking incident in Karachi, an 18-year-old student identified as Aslam plotted his own kidnap and demanded Rs5 lacs in terms of ransom from his own family.
As per details garnered, Aslam clandestinely crafted plot of his abduction along with his friends. After staging fake abduction, the friends of 18-year-old demanded Rs5 lacs ransom from latter’s family.
However, the members of the family lodged first investigation report (FIR) of Aslam’s abduction at Karachi’s Gulshan-e-Iqbal Police Station.
Police initiated probe into the matter and arrested Aslam along with his friends Haris and Usama [fake abductor]. The officials of police told media that ransom money was to be divided equally between the culprits.
