LAHORE (Dunya News) – Two brothers were badly tortured in Lahore’s Baghbanpura area for not giving extortion today (Sunday).
The victims said that the police personnel have not lodged any case against the suspects despite presence of CCTV footage as evidence.
They also demanded the higher authorities to take notice of the incident.
