KAROR LAL ESAN (Dunya News) – Police officer on Saturday tortured rickshaw driver for bringing his vehicle inside the Ramazan Bazaar in Karor Lal Esan.
According to the eyewitnesses, the driver brought his rickshaw inside the market to load flour over which the officer thrashed him badly.
Dunya News has obtained CCTV footage of the incident.
