LAHORE (Dunya News) – Government College University’s Associate Professor Dr Tanzeem Akbar Cheema was gunned down for resisting dacoity bid in Lahore.
According to police, the mishap took place at 10pm on Tuesday night when the grade 20 associate professor of Botany department was going home.

Some armed suspects stopped him on Kalma Chowk and tried to loot. The robbers opened fire and killed the teacher, they added.
The doctors said that the victim lost his life during operation while the corpse has been shifted to General Hospital for post mortem.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister of Punjab (CM) Shehbaz Sharif has take notice of the incident and directed Capital City Police Officer (CCPO) to submit report as early as possible.
