FAISALABAD (Dunya News) – It seems that child abuse cases have continued unabated across the country as another minor has been allegedly raped by a youth in Faisalabad’s Chah Peranwala area today (Tuesday).
According to details, eight-year-old Atif was trickily taken to a place by suspect Waheed to bring animal food where he raped the child and fled the scene.

Getting information about the mishap, Lundianwala police officers lodged a case on the behalf of victim’s parental uncle Mushtaq and arrested the suspect.
On the other hand, police personnel have started hunt for the suspect involved in alleged rape of an eight-year-old girl in Karachi’s Shah Latif Town.
The victim’s mother told that her daughter Tayyaba was forcibly taken behind the bushes by an unidentified suspect fo rape. She continued that when Tayyaba returned home, she was crying hard.
Rape with my daughter was also confirmed in medical report, she added.
Earlier, a seven-year-old Zainab was brutally killed after being raped in Kasur. The girl was kidnapped and was thrown in the heap of garbage after murder. Several CCTV footages have been surfaced so far but the provincial security forces have failed to nab the culprit despite his clear sketch.
The incident sparked countrywide protests and riots while shutterdown strike was also observed in Kasur as all the markets and educational institutions remained closed for two days.
Many politicians, activists condemned the death of the young girl and urged to bring the culprits to justice in tweets that flooded Twitter.
It is to be mentioned here that as many as 12 children have been killed after rape in Kasur in one year whereas police officers have killed three people involved in such criminal activities.
