Summary Shakir Ahmad was gunned down by two armed men riding a bike on Friday in Karachi's Nazimabad area.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Progress has been made in police official Shakir Ahmad’s murder case as it is found out that another policeman, Munawar Zaman, was shot with the same weapon in 2016.
Shakir Ahmad’s murder case was registered at the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) office in Garden police headquarters against two unidentified persons. Murder and terrorism acts were included in the case.
The security forces are conducting interrogations regarding the involvement of banned outfit in the assassination.
It is worth mentioning here that Shakir Ahmad was gunned down by two armed men riding a bike on Friday in Karachi’s Nazimabad area. The policeman, who was shot in head, was going to his place of duty in Gulberg Police Station.
