Summary Sindh IG has announced Rs1 lac prize money for the officers.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Officers of Anti Violent Crime Cell (AVCC) on Saturday have killed as many as two suspects who kidnapped a five-year-old boy from Karachi’s Defence area two days ago.
A raid was conducted near Johar Pehlwan Goth on a tip off when the abductees opened fire at security personnel, retaliating to which, both suspects were killed. The officers have also claimed to have recovered the ransom money from the possession of the criminals.
Senior Superintendent of AVCC said that the kidnapers have been identified as Zaheer and Zaki.
Lauding the performance of the department, Sindh Inspector General (IG) A.D. Khawaja has also announced Rs1 lac prize money for the officers.
