KARACHI (Dunya News) – Suspects slit throat of a girl with sharp weapon and also injured her sister for resisting dacoity bid in Karachi’s Malir area.
The neighbors gathered outside the house and immediately telephoned the police officers who, while arriving at the scene, broke the door and recovered the girls.
Victims were shifted to the Jinnah Hospital for medical assistance where 16-year-old Aleena succumbed to the injuries. The second girl, Alvina, told the police that the suspects grabbed knife from Aleena and killed her for refusing to give cupboard’s keys.
The officers said that victims’ father got money from property few days back. They said that invetsigation into the matter has been launched as finger prints have been obtained from the crime scene.
