KARACHI (Dunya News) – Chief minister Murad Ali Shah assured on Sunday that the ‘knife attacker’ who has injured more than ten women in street stabbing incidents would soon be caught.

It should be reported that there have been no such attacks for the past ten days and the chief minister has assured the people of his arrest soon.

According to the details, first street stabbing case was reported in Karachi on September 25 and the last such reported crime incident was reported on October 5. Preliminary investigation suggests that the criminal attacked 12 women in ten days within a five-kilometre area.

However, despite special instructions, Sindh police, counter-terrorism department, Rangers Sindh, ACLC and AVCC have failed to nab the culprit weeks after the first reported stabbing.

Investigation authorities have claimed that the criminal has been identified by name Waseem who belongs to Sahiwal and has been residing in Karachi for the past one month.
