KARACHI (Dunya News) – In a wake of arresting knife attacker in Karachi, police officers have started interrogation from those riding bikes while wearing helmets in Gulshan-e-Johar.
The ongoing knife attacks have not only created fear among women but men are also facing immense difficulties when security personnel stop them at every check point for interrogation.
They said that the knife attacker has made their lives miserable as officers stop only those who are wearing helmets. They further demanded the authorities to nab the culprit as early as possible.
Earlier, member of provincial assembly Sorath Thebo tabled a resolution in Sindh Assembly against ongoing knife attacks on women in Karachi.
In the resolution, early detention of the suspect and prevention of further attacks were demanded while the authorities were also requested to take action against this heinous crime.
Investigation team had decided to take assistance of psychiatrist regarding the detention of the criminal. They had decided to look deeply into the matter to find out whether the suspect is playing some sort of game in which he is being given tasks.
