SHIKARPUR (Dunya News) – At least 11 people were killed while two others sustained severe wounds as two groups opened unprovoked firing over old enmity in Shikarpur today (Monday).
According to the details, the members of two Jatoi groups resorted to the firing with heavy weapons including rocket launchers and light machine gun (LMG).
The shooting was stopped over the involvement of the tribal heads after which the injured people and the bodies were shifted to the nearby hospital for post mortem.
The mishap has also created an environment of fear in the area whereas there are chances of the clash to take place once again.
