RAHIM YAR KHAN (Dunya News)- Police have initiated search operation for fake pir who used to blackmail women by deceptively recording obnoxious content near Jetha Bhutta area of RY Khan.
According to details, fake pir named Gulab Shah had erected a special room for this illicit practice along with his residence where the culprit raped female devotees under guise of writing amulet on their unclad bodies. Shah also used to blackmail women with objectionable clicks.
Yesterday (Monday), a native of Khanpur lodged a case against Shah in Sadar police station accusing him of raping his daughter-in-law, who sealed her lips on the appalling act owing to fears of defamation. On the very same day, Shah tried to rape another woman later identified as daughter of resident Faqeer Hussain.
Police have registered case and are conducting raids to arrest culprit who is still at large. Meanwhile, residents have staged protest demanding stern action against the fake pir.
