RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – An implacable paternal uncle on Friday has gunned down niece for refusing marriage proposal of his son in Rawalpindi.
The incident took place in Fogi colony when suspect Niaz killed his niece Mahrukh for not marrying his son and fled the scene.
Getting information about the mishap, police officers arrived at the crime location and shifted the body to hospital from where it was handed over to the bereaved family after postmortem.
The officers said that the hunt for the criminal is underway whereas a case has also been registered.
