Summary Custom court handed the suspects to Custom officials for seven days for the investigation
KARACHI: (Dunya News) – Donkey hides’ issue has become a critical problem in Karachi as fifty more bags full of hides were on Thursday discovered by Custom officials from a warehouse in Keemari upon the information provided by suspects arrested from Gulistan-e-Johar along with donkey hides, reported Dunya News.
According to Custom officials, the leader of the group involved in this smuggling Muzaffar Abidi was absconder in the case along with his aides Farooq Memon and Rafi. They told that evidence showed that the suspects’ network might also be linked with Lahore.
The arrested suspects were presented before Custom court on Wednesday and they had been handed to Custom officials on physical remand for seven days.
