FAISALABAD (Dunya News) – Two policemen were shot dead by unidentified gunmen riding on a motorcycle in Faisalabad today (Friday).
The shooting incident occurred when policemen tried to stop motorcyclists at a checkpoint within limits of Millat Town Police Station.
Two policemen identified as Naseem Aftab and Khalid embraced martyrdom in the incident, Rescue officials told.
The suspects managed to escape from the scene, whereas, a heavy contingent of policemen arrived at the scene and cordoned off the area.
Police have launched search operation to nab the culprits.
