Summary Sanober ran away from the house to save life and reached police station.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – A woman while gravely torturing her sister-in-law in Samanabad area of Lahore on Friday shaved off her head.
Police has said that Sanober’s husband lives abroad and she lives with her husband’s brother and sister Mehak.
Mehak held Sanober in undue detainment for six months and used to torture her on the behest of her brother.
Reacting to the situation, Sanober ran away from the house to save life and reached police station.
Police has said that torture marks were present on Sanober’s body.

“Torture marks including those of hot water have been found on Sanober’s body. Her head has also been shaved off,” said SHO Samnabad Sajjad Goraya.
“The victim has accused her sister-in-law Mehak of the torture,” he added.
Police taking Mehak into custody
In her statement, Sanober has revealed that her sister-in-law’s mental condition is not stable.
However; Mehak has pleaded her innocence in the matter.
Police has taken Mehak into custody and has sent Sanober for medical checkup.
Investigating in various aspects of the case is underway.
