Summary Woman was murdered, allegedly by her husband over a dispute
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Three locals were killed including a woman in different crimes in the metropolis while 15 suspects were detained separately in a police search operation on Friday.
A woman identified by name Sajida was found murdered in her house in Feature Colony of Landhi area. According to the police, she was killed by her husband over a domestic dispute with a sharp-edged weapon.
Husband of the slain woman fled the crime scene, police said.
Separately, a body was recovered from Majeed Colony nullah in Landhi which is purported to be at least three days old. The man is said to have bore a lot of torture before his death.
In another crime incident, a local named Yasir was killed in a firing incident in Quaidabad area. Law enforcement agencies are yet to trace the unidentified attackers.
Sindh Police carried out search operations in different areas of Baldia Town on reports of suspected presence of operatives of banned outfits. During door-to-door visit, the personnel arrested around 15 suspects.
