LAYYAH (Dunya News) – Layyah witnessed humanity at its worst Friday where a blind women, also a victim of an acid attack, was gangraped in the city.
According to the details, the suspects deceived the 35 year old woman, a resident of Moza Khanwala area, by leading her to their den, saying that she will be provided with a charity of Rs. 3000.
After gangraping the blind woman, she was abandoned at a deserted location. Locals of the area gathered upon hearing her cries and took her to Kot Sultan police station.
After her medical examination, police have started a hunt for the suspects.
The woman also suffered an acid attack 12 years ago due to which she lost her sight and also left her face burnt.
