KARACHI (Dunya News) – A two and a half year old girl Dua who was abducted a day before from Samanabad area of Karachi reunited with her family on Wednesday.
The girl was kidnapped by a rickshaw driver during a robbery bid. Police conducted a search operation in the nearby areas to recover the child.
The rickshaw driver left Dua in Machar Colony where she was found by a resident. He contacted Edhi home and then handed over the girl to police through them.
The family was more than delighted to meet their lost child.
The mother said that Allah has accepted her prayer and bonded her with Dua. The parents demanded from the government that such people should be arrested immediately.
Police has stated that search of the rickshaw driver is underway and will be nabbed soon.
