MUZAFFARGAR (Dunya News) – At least two suspects involved in killing a local tailor in Multan were apprehended by the security personnel in Muzaffarabad today (Tuesday).
According to police, a chain of raids also is underway to nab the other three criminals while the arrested culprits Irfan and Ashraf have been shifted to the police station for interrogation.
Tailor Abid was attacked by neighbors Umar Daraz, Irfan and Ashraf in Multan s Budhla Sant area for registering case of stealing a dog worth Rs 10 lac against them.
The infuriated suspects opened fire at Abid and fled the scene after cutting his right leg.
The victim was taken to Nishtar Hospital in a critical condition for medical assistance where he succumbed to injuries after 16 hours.
The officers had filed an FIR against the criminal over the bereaved family’s protest.
