Summary Police officials' best guess for the murders is a personal dispute
MARDAN (Dunya News) – Four of a family including three women on Wednesday have been gunned down while police are not sure of the reason behind murders until filing of this report.
Sources privy to the law enforcers have said that principal member of the family in Zaminabad area, Sadiq Ali is missing.
The killed people namely are Sadiq’s wife named Asia, 15-year-old Hira, brother-in-law Qasim and his wife. The police have seized bodies and launched investigation in the incident. While the security personnel are searching for Sadiq.
Police officials’ best guess is a personal dispute among the family members that claimed their lives.
In December 2015, a gambler killed his four member of his family over money dispute in Banaras area of Karachi.
Nadir Khan, who allegedly run a gambling house in Banaras area opened fire and killed his wife Raj Bibi, brother Dewar Khan, sister-in-law Noor Bibi and niece Saeeda Bibi. Sister of his late wife and her son got injured in the incident while the suspect ran away from the scene.
Deputy Inspector General (DIG) West had vowed to arrest the suspect.
