MANDI BAHAUDDIN (Online) - Maternal uncle gunned down her niece for love marriage along with her mother and husband.
According to details Fozia resident of Khumb Khurd in the limits of Police Station Khuthiala Sheikhan performed love marriage with Amjad of neighboring village Mianwal Ranjha without permission of her parents, about four years ago.
Uncle of Fouzia namely Afzal had developed grudge against her niece over her marriage. The other day Fozia along with her husband came to Khumb to meet her mother Bashiran.
Afzal, learning about arrival of Fouzia and her husband came to her sister’s house and opened fire. As a result Fauzia, her husband Amjad and mother Bashiran died on the spot. Afzal accused went to Police Station and surrendered before the SHO admitting his guilt.
Police moved dead bodies to DHQ Hospital and after post mortem handed over them to the heirs.
