Summary Arifwala resident has accused his mother was kidnapped and killed by his relative Ahmad Khan.
ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) - Son appeals to Chief Justice after alleged killing of his mother over rejection of a marriage proposal to her daughter.
According to details, Muhammad Inam, a resident of Arifwala in Pakpattan district, has accused that his mother, Amina Bibi was initially kidnapped on May 2, 2011 and then killed by his relative Ahmad Khan when she rejected their marriage proposal to her daughter.
The dead body is still missing and the report was filed in Mathola Police Station under FIR No 179/11 against the accused Ahmad Khan.
Inam has arrived in Islamabad in search of peace for his deceased mother. He protested in front of Islamabad Press Club and requested the Chief Justice for taking sue moto action for dispensation of justice. He further said that local police are not taking any steps against perpetrators despite the decision of High Court.
“No action has been taken despite lodging written complaints in the relevant DPO office. Police are reluctant to taking steps as a result of culprits’ influence,” he said further.
