KINGSTON, Jamaica (AP) Jamaican authorities say they have seized about 66 kilograms (145 pounds) of cocaine that was concealed inside a security company s van.

A Sunday police statement says detectives with the Organized Crime and Anti-Corruption

Task Force and other agents found the drugs after stopping and searching the vehicle on a main road in the northern parish of St. James.

Authorities are valuing the cache of cocaine at $2.6 million.

Two men have been arrested and were being questioned.

Police declined to name the "prominent security company" that the two arrested men worked for.

In recent decades, the security industry in Jamaica has grown along with high rates of violent crime. Billboards offering armed guard services are widespread in the capital of Kingston and other major settlements.
