Summary Sindh High Court reserved verdict on a constitutional petition against spinner Danish Kanaria.
Two-member division bench comprising Justice Gulzar Ahmad and Justice Imam Bux Somro conducted hearing of the petition where Pakistan Cricket Board counsel Barrister Tafzeel Jaafri argued that the British police have refused to give inquiry tape of accused.It was said that Danish counsel is in possession of this tape but he intentionally is not submitting it in the court.The counsel for the PCB was of the view that the SHC was not authorisied to conduct hearing of the said case while the counsel for Danish contended that the accused is a Pakistani player and he can go to any court for justice.
