Adnan shines with ton in PCB Inter-Region U-19 C'ship

Rawalpindi Region scored 279 for the loss of four wickets in fifty allotted overs against Islamabad Region in cricket match that was played in Diamond Cricket Ground Islamabad.Adnan played brilliantly and scored 101 with the help of nine fours whereas Captain Umer Waheed scored 61 runs. Arsalan Arif remained top bowler from Islamabad side by taking 2 wickets for 32 runs.In reply, Islamabad Region bowled out in 46.4 overs after scoring 225 runs. Asif Shujah scored 42, Shahid Illyas 40 and Muhammad Umair 32 remained the highest scorers. Naveed Saeed took 3 wickets for 39 runs and Umer Waheed 2 for 29 runs from Rawalpindi side.Muhammad Arif and Sajid Afridi were field umpires whereas Adnan Farooq was the official scorer.
