Summary Sharjah Cricket Stadium to host 3rd Test between Pakistan and Sri Lanka in November.

Sharjah will host a Test match for the first time in nine years when Pakistan plays Sri Lanka in November, the Pakistan Cricket Board announced on Tuesday.Sharjah Cricket Stadium in the United Arab Emirates has not hosted a test match since Pakistan took on Australia in 2002.The PCB has allotted the other two test matches of the series to Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Sharjah will also host the fourth one-day international of a five-match series.Sharjah has hosted 200 ODIs and has been Afghanistans home ground since 2010.Pakistan has not hosted any of the worlds leading teams since gunmen attacked Sri Lankas team bus in 2009.First Test will be played at Abu Dhabi from October 18-22. Dabai will host second Test from October 26-30 while the third test will be played at Sharjah from November 3-7.First ODI will be played on November 11, second on Nov 14 and third on Nov 18 respectively. Fourth ODI will be played at Sharjah on Nov 20 while the fifth and last ODI will be played at Abu Dhabi on Nov 23.Abu Dhabi will host the only Twenty20 match between Pakistan and Sri Lanka on November 25.
