With addition of Salahuddin in the list, the total number of central contracted players has now become 29.Born on December 2, 1990 in Lahore, Salahuddin established himself as a mainstay in the Pakistan Under-19 team’s middle order and remained the team’s top scorer in the one-day series against England in 2007.The subsequent home one-day matches against Australia saw him remain unconquered in three innings, with a best of 68 not on just 50 balls. He was selected to play against the West Indies for the May 2011 series. He averages 48 in List A cricket and 41 in first-class cricket.
