(Dunya News) – There was no twist in the plot for Lahore Qalandars as a blitzing start was followed by cheap collapse here at Sharjah International Cricket Stadium.

After his dismissal, wickets continued to fell in regular intervals as batsmen failed in both rotating strikes and erecting fruitful partnerships. Dawson jolted the middle order with a triple-strike whereas Hassan Ali picked two important wickets on his return.

Earlier, winless Qalandars opted to bat against formidable Zalmi in the fourteenth fixture of Pakistan Super League (PSL 2018) here at Sharjah Cricket Stadium. Mohammad Hafeez is captaining Zalmi in absence of injured Sammy.
Akmal s run-out and couple of good efforts in the field have curtailed Qalandars to 100 runs. Six batsmen of Qalandars failed to enter double figures. Zalmi need 101 to win in 20 overs.
Qalandars have lost four in a row whereas Zalmi have won two out of four.
