SHARJAH (Dunya News) – Pakistan scored their first ever victory over New Zealand in the third one-day international (ODI) of the ICC Women’s Championship on Sunday by five wickets.
The match was played at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium where New Zealand made 155 runs after winning the toss and electing to bat first. Former skipper Sana Mir rattled the Kiwis batting order and claimed four wickets for just 25 runs.

In reply, Pakistan chased down the total in 48.5 overs for the loss of five wickets. Captain Bismah Maroof remained the top scorer with unbeaten 36 runs. Sana Mir (12) was the other batter who remained not out.
