LAHORE (Dunya News) – Mohammad Irfan, the left-arm fast bowler, has on Tuesday returned to domestic circuit after completing the six-month ban that was imposed on him for not informing Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) about the bookies’ offers which he received during the second edition of Pakistan Super League (PSL).

The tall fast bowler was initially banned for one year along with a fine of $1,000, however, it was reduced to six months by the board after Irfan successfully managed to adhere to the suspension’s guidelines.

Mohammad Irfan is representing the defending champions WAPDA in the Quaid-i-Azam Trophy that has begun today. The match is being played between WAPDA, led by Salman Butt, and Lahore Blues at the Gaddafi Stadium.
