Summary Pakistan will perform against Sri Lanka in the same way by which they conquered the Proteas.

KARACHI (Dunya News) – Pakistan all-rounder Imad Wasim has claimed that the team will not repeat the mistakes that it made in first match of Champions Trophy against India.

Imad said Pakistan are well aware of the fact that they have to perform in the same way by which the Green Shirts conquered the Proteas for future triumphs in the tournament.

Imad Wasim said the morale of team changes altogether by a victory, and now they will not commit the same mistakes which they did against India due to pressure.

He added that the game against South Africa was ‘do-or-die’ for us, and we played that game like a match of knockout stage. Pakistan will play in a similar manner against Sri Lanka, he remarked.

The all-rounder said that sometimes a bowler gets early bashing, and sometimes he is able to breakthrough quickly, and he was lucky enough to take the important wicket of AB de Villiers, as he holds the capability to change the game very quickly.
