Summary BCB director Jalal Younis has clarified that no profit would be given to Pakistan as compensation.

LAHORE (Dunya News) - Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has expressed dissatisfaction over the security arrangements in Pakistan and has also rejected the Pakistan Cricket Board’s (PCB) demand of profit for Bangladesh tour.

Talking to media, BCB director Jalal Younis has clarified that PCB had invited Bangladeshi team to play two Twenty20 matches in Pakistan but the board has refused the offer due to inadequate security arrangements.

He further said that fact finding committee BCB  has also not found any improvement in the security in Pakistan.

There is no issue in playing cricket series with Pakistan at a neutral venue but if Pakistan demand share in the profit gained through Bangladesh tour, it will be unaccepted, he added.

It is to be mentioned here that PCB chief Shaharyar Khan said that PCB had asked the BCB to share part of the profits generated from their visit towards compensation for repeatedly refusing to tour Pakistan for six years.
