Summary Umar Akmal and team's coach were taken to the hotel in car
KARACHI (Dunya News) – A unique incident of its kind was witnessed in Patron’s Trophy (Grade-II) as the the team management didn’t offer conveyance facility to the players apart from Umar Akmal and team’s coach.
As per details, the management of Candyland didn’t offer conveyance facilities to the team members after the match ended in the Patron’s Trophy (Grade II).
Moreover, as against the directions of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Umar Akmal and team’s coach were taken to the hotel in car while rest of the players had to rely on the auto rickshaw for conveyance facility.
The first Sikh cricketer in the domestic circle had to rely on the auto rickshaw for conveyance.
It is pertinent to mention that PCB has already directed the team officials to provide better facilities to the players during the Patron’s Trophy.
