DUBAI (Dunya News) – Pakistan’s Azhar Ali and Younis Khan have slipped one place each in latest International Cricket Council (ICC) Test rankings for batsmen, reported Dunya News.

According to details, Azhar Ali has gone down to eighth spot from seventh, and Younis Khan to ninth from eighth. The rating points of Azhar and Younis remain 779 and 772 respectively.

Australia, England and India skippers retain their positions on top of the table. Australia’s Steve Smith is ranked first with 936 rating points, England’s Joe Root second with 848 points and India’s Virat Kohli third with 847 points.

No Pakistan bowler is in top ten Test bowlers at the moment. The highest ranked Pakistan bowler in ICC Test rankings for bowlers is Yasir Shah who is at eighteenth place with 649 rating points. Wahab Riaz follows him at nineteenth spot with 579 points.

India’s Ravichandran Ashwin tops the bowler’s rankings with 892 rating points followed by countryman Ravindra Jadeja who also has 892 points. Australia’s Josh Hazlewood is ranked third with 863 points.

Ashwin and Jadeja are also ranked second and third respectively in all-rounders category. Bangladesh’s Shakib Al Hasan is sitting on top of the table with 440 rating points in aforementioned group. Pakistan’s Mohammad Hafeez holds twelfth spot with 166 points.
