Summary Azhar Ali has already stepped down as ODI captain
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Azhar Ali, who stepped down as ODI captain earlier has also decided to quit from the vice captaincy of the Test squad as well, reported Dunya News.
Azhar Ali was under immense pressure owing to harsh criticism after his side humiliating defeat at the hands of Aussies.
As a consequence, Azhar Ali not resigned as a captain of ODI squad but also quit as Test vice captain.
Sarfraz Ahmad, who already is the captain of T20 squad, has accepted the one-day captaincy.
Meanwhile, PCB Chairman Shehryar Khan has hinted that Misbah’s future is also in question.
