Summary Pakistan against Big-Three; will try to dissolve it in ICC meeting, Shahryar says
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Shahryar Khan while conversing with the media on Saturday stated that the team’s head coach Mickey Arthur has expressed that former Pakistani player Azhar Mahmood should be appointed as the team’s bowling coach, reported Dunya News.
Sources indicate that the former all-rounder is also ready for the role. Shahryar said that Pakistan intends that the concept of ‘Big-Three’ should not persist, further stating that efforts shall be made to dissolve the group in the meeting of the International Cricket Council (ICC) members.
PCB Chairman said that it has been decided in the meeting of the Board of governors that the quality of pitches shall be improved and that the boot camp shall be organised on annual basis.
