KARACHI (Dunya News) – The star player and opening batsman Mohammad Hafeez is all set to undergo another MRI scan after the medical test showed unsatisfactory condition of his knee, reported on Monday.

Hafeez, who has been included in the 21-man list for the upcoming English tour, missed the fitness camp held in Kakul while his participation in the series would be decided after MRI report.

Mohammad Hafeez has asked the whole nation to pray for his speedy recovery as he wants to take part in England series.

The 35-year-old batsman suffered a knee injury during the Asia Cup T20 in Bangladesh two months ago.

Hafeez made his international debut in one-day international (ODI) in April 2003 at Sharjah. The player has hit almost 5,356 runs in ODI with an average run rate of 32.46.
