LAHORE (Web Desk, Dunya News) - Former test cricketer Younus Khan who has been leading Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) team as a captain in Pakistan Cup raised finger on umpires’ decision for not declaring Misbah-ul-haq out and was extremely displeased over 2 no balls not given by the umpires, reported Dunya News.

The unhappy Younus Khan not only blamed the umpires but also resigned from captaincy and went back to Karachi. He broke the disciplinary rules by 3rd degree while the latter could have been banned for 5 matches by the regulation committee.

In a situation that seemed uncontrollable, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Shahryar Khan stepped in and dismissed all the disciplinary calls and actions initiated by the committee against Younus.

Later, the Chairman called Younus Khan and convinced him in a very cool and overwhelming manner. Later, Younus announced that he has been granted permission to play in Pakistan Cup.
