Summary Former coach says he is happy to see PCB working on his recommendations
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistani cricket team’s former coach Waqar Younis has criticised Pakistan Cricket Board’s (PCB) decision to hire a temporary coach for the team, reported Dunya News.
Waqar tweeted that the idea to introduce a temporary coach in the side is unwise. He added that the authorities need to revisit their decision as there is ample time before the tour of England kicks-off. He stated that a proper strategy needs to be devised in this regards.
He appreciated the news regarding former legendary batsman Inzamam-ul-Haq being offered a chance to serve as the coach of the side. He also mentioned that PCB is working upon his recommendations and that he is happy to note that.
